My name is Emma Randall and I’d like to welcome you to my website. If you need help to lose weight, or to keep your weight under control, I aim to give you helpful guidance and advice about how to lose weight or maintain your weight in a way that is realistic, enjoyable and sustainable. In my regular blogs I will be providing advice and tips, with an emphasis on healthy and mindful eating, as well as lifestyle tips. Knowledge is power, and so my aim is to give people the information they need to lose weight. My approach considers both the nutritional aspects as well as the psychological aspects of weight control, making my support programme both comprehensive and unique.

I am based in Camberley, Surrey, but I also provide my services via Skype for clients living less locally.
